Food is How I Show Love

I have been cooking my whole life. In my house, the kitchen is where everything happens — arguments end there, stories are told there, and plates are never empty for long.

Every weekend I prepare a four-layer tiffin, packed properly the way we grew up eating. A base of rice, noodles or soft roti to start. Two mains cooked with real spice, real flavour and real care. And a little side because no good meal is ever complete without that extra touch.

My cooking brings together Mauritian, Indian, Chinese and Caribbean flavours — bold, colourful, full of life. The menu changes each weekend, but once I decide, that is it. I choose the dishes and the protein, so all you have to do is open it and enjoy.

Nothing makes me happier than knowing my tiffins are bringing people together. Good food has a way of turning strangers into family and meals into memories.
